Well its interesting to note that many students here at Cerritos campus feel quite safe at school.
Countless thefts have happened and many attempted kidnappings have occurred at this very campus.
And to my surprise, no one seems to be worried or scared about it.
The girls that I recently interviewed said that they felt quite safe in campus and taking classes at night time.
They did agree what so ever that there was not enough police officials roaming the campus. The parking lots are full with the red and white lights of the endless cars, but where are those red and blue ones in the mix?
I see none.
A kidnapping happens here at school, and yeah the police are all over the place (doing their job) but after a couple of months, they seem to disappear of the face of Cerritos.
Students have been the most cooperative throughout the whole process. I thank them for that.
Girls and guys roam the campus as late as 10 p.m. and feel quite safe and at ease.
I personally don't feel safe walking around campus....I am scared.
Those dark walkaways and lack of lights make me almost run to my car. I would love to see an official at every parking lot , I think that will be beneficial to all, and actually make campus a little safer for all.

HOW HARD IS IT TO TALK!@!!!!
Well campus safety should be one of the easiest things to report on.
Safety issues happen around the world..........so why is so hard for people to talk about it?
It has been such a struggle to get people to talk about what they do and what are their duties are.
I recently went to a teacher to talk about the whole campus safety issue, and I was literally thrown out.
He refused to give me the interview because it was video. He was angry because I never mentioned that there will be a video camera involved.
People like I said before take their jobs too seriously.
Police officers, teachers, and any one with a higher authority needs to take a chill pill.
